Still Cyco After All These Years wurde ursprünglich 1993 veröffentlicht, eine Art Compilation, aber offiziell als Studioalbum eingestuft. Das Album enthält eine Neuaufnahme des gesamten Debütalbums Suicidal Tendencies (1982) sowie Neuaufnahmen von Join The Army ("War Inside My Head" und "A Little Each Day") und einen B-Seiten-Track "Don't Give Me Your Nothin'". Die Neuaufnahmen der Crossover/Thrash-Klassiker haben sicherlich ein strafferes Gefühl als die Originalaufnahme, wobei Mike Muirs weiterentwickelter Gesangsstil diese Version ebenfalls heraushebt. Das Album enthält auch die klassischen Singles "Institutionalized" und "I Saw Your Mommy."
